I consulted the Pharmacist on a minor illness. She was professional and thorough. In a private consulting room she took me through the official procedure regarding the illness and provided solutions within the scope of the official process.
Don't be satisfied with anything less. A 'chat' on the shop floor is not an acceptable alternative.

Have been in 4 days on the trot to collect a prescription, either not ready and text message not received, staff seem miserable and not wanting to be there and severely understaffed, had to walk out many times as waiting is much too long. Will be nominating another chemist.

Tried twice to call in and had to abandon products due to waiting too long at tills. Not enough staff to cover pharmacy and boots. Shut 1-2pm. Not easy to use.

Hopeless prescription never ready despite ringing hours before check ready, always running out of things, ask me what its for when I'm collecting for someone else..thought that was their job tbh...
