I have slept in much more comfortable hotels with much more cleaner bathrooms. Although the staff service is average , the cleanliness of the bathroom was however poor. Something needs to be done for that. Quite noisy at times when you are trying to get a good night?s sleep which was difficult to get.

I often stay at Days Inn when I visit my family. As a single person, travelling on my own, I appreciate the warm welcome and easy check in service. I feel safe during my stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. The housekeeping staff are helpful and will change towels and replenish tea and coffee. I would happily recommend to family and friends.

We arrived at about 10pm on the way up to Glasgow, and decided to stop and get a good nights sleep, which I'm glad we did as it was the best nights sleep in a hotel for the next 5 nights. The room was quite basic, but as it was for a stopover we didn't mind at all. We would definitely look out for Days Inn hotels when travelling in the future. There was no breakfast but as the hotel adjoins services this was no problem. Had a lovely Leon breakfast. Car parking is included in the room price too so overall very good value.

Booked a dog friendly room through Booking.com price was okay, but then got a later email from Days Inn saying it was charging an extra £10 due to the dog. Disappointed, but kept the booking. Upon arrival, picked up the key and dumped all our luggage and dog stuff and headed off for the day. Arrived back in the evening, then noticed black mould around the bath, numerous stains on the settee. To be honest, it was not a clean room to start with so seems outrageous that clean and well behaved dog costs £10. Showering next morning (wife wouldn?t use the shower) the shampoo body wash bottle was empty, requiring several trips out the shower to get soap from the basin dispenser. Would not recommend.

Any happy stay in accommodation relies on a comfy bed , ours was perfect after recent upgrade . The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond added bonus one of the best service stations in the country easy access to from hotel

Extortionate prices are inexcusable in the current economic climate. Exploiting the captive market at an m-way service station is bad enough, but TOTALLY wringing out customers is an outrage. Asking £3.25 for a bag of chocolates that the supermarkets are doing for £1.35-£1.50 is an absolute scandal. Highway robbery on our motorways! This retailer should be ashamed.

The beds are well presented and very neat. The room colours have an abundance of colours.It is amazing.I think the tub should be made a bit bigger in my opinion. The shower should have a pipe. It is good to have lifts.

Much too noisy, you can hear everything that is going on in the next room. The room was also very hot but we couldn't open the window due to the noise from the car park below Would not stay here again

Excelente room and hotel for the price was a great stay and staff really friendly cleanliness with excellent parking and places to eat as Costa McDonald?s FFC chosen noodles and Leon everything just on next door

Brilliant services - quiet rooms with access to doggy walks to rear and at the front full services facilities to enjoy if you get peckish. The rooms are very quiet, great TV, tea and coffee - what's not to like at this price?

We have stopped here many times as it is handy on the M6 when driving to the South of France. Usually quite good but this time it was anything but. The smell of dogs was awful on the corridor we were allocated. If it hadn't been so late and after driving from Troyes we would not have stayed. The young man on Reception is very pleasant and helpful. Won't stay again.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Lynn, who was on Reception last Friday evening. Thanks so much for finding and preparing a room for us after our car broke down! Words cannot express how much we appreciated your help! The day staff were lovely too, helping us arrange for a taxi for our daughter to get to the train station. Thank you!

Attended a wedding nearby and needed an overnighter before going to stay with family for a few more days. For the price it was good value. Had breakfast at the services and it was OK. Would definitely stay again if the price was reasonable

Very overpriced apparently according to staff the prices was high that weekend because something was on in the area and the prices increase whenever anything is on in the area The beds are a small double

Noise from doors slamming, people snoring, cleaning staff, early departures. I do not understand how they can charge £99 per night for this place, I stayed two nights and could not sleep due to the above. Avoid.
