I ordered my medicine for delivery they said it would be here on Fri or sat.
I called them this morning and promised me my meds today Monday but to my surprise no medicine.
So I have no high blood pressure tablets for four days now what a disgrace this service is.
U rely on this tablets to control my blood pressure and the chemist knows this.

I?ve recently been having my prescription from this chemist and I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful, they make sure your items are correct before leaving the shop also the pharmacist has been extremely helpful supporting myself trying so hard to order the same brand of tablet so I therefore can keep myself well, he was the only pharmacist who gave me the time and patience to go through my current medication, so for me the team have my thumbs up !!!

The pharmacist is a really nice person and always says hello by your name and does what he can as fast as he can and also the rest of the staff sometimes they are run of thee feet as most pharmacys are gone in Cannock so bear with them they are really nice people

Terrible, place needs sorting out to many things not enough space shelves empty and out of date products cy the sound of it. prescriptions are never ready, your waiting 5 mins before anyone asks what you want. Go elsewhere.

Pharmacist called to customers from the back area where prescriptions are dispensed to customers waiting in the chemist asking in a very loud voice "do you pay for prescriptions? What is your exemption?" in front of a chemist full of people it was so embarrassing having to shout back in a loud voice for everyone to hear what benefits you happen to be on , then again from the back area "what's your address" for the whole shop to hear where you live as you had to shout it back. I was humiliated. Are they not trained in patient privacy. Shocking I will be reporting it to their head office as it's unacceptable. This was Thursday 8th February around 1.15pm just so the chemist can see which pharmacist was on duty.

After reading the reviews I was a bit wary of coming to this pharmacy but my partner?s prescription had been sent there by the GP. I was pleasantly surprised. The shop is very small, but there were chairs for waiting, a queue of three or four people at any one time, and I only had to wait a couple of minutes until the prescription was ready to collect. The staff were polite and efficient. Plus there is free parking behind the shop and a door directly from the car park.Pleasantly surprised, will be happy to come here again.
