Went in for a broadband contract they asked for my mobile I was then signed up for a 150gb contract when I use 3gb was faced with an early termination fee of £35 from my previous provider told me my bill for 2 years would be £12.50 it?s now raised to £26.80 6 months later. They deleted the texts and emails from my phone stating a price rise miraculously disappeared. Artists in mis-sold contracts and underhand actions be very careful when you do anything at this store. Vodafone?s answer was when you take a contract out phone up within 14 days to confirm the contract and then every month to verify your bill. This is on a recorded phone call. Utter con merchants. Avoid like the plague.

Great experience, just went in a few hours ago, Ethan sorted us out efficiently. Was not sure if we were going to buy or just window shop but his professionalism and attitude convinced us to buy a new phone! Very happy with our purchase and very honestly a too good to be true deal! Awesome job!

Need to update there opening times on Google. They was not open on Sunday 12th February 2023. Arrived at 10.41am and shutters was still closed. Needless journey to cannock for no reason at all!!
