“Pick up instructions were spot on - but you have to follow it step by step to get out to the public street and find your driver. They were terrific once we got past all the other vendors. Our Driver was great! Loved the Sloths and Monkeys, it's a small place, but suited our need to be with the animals. The beach stop was confusing, and we ended up paying a resort fee to be taken to a beach with chairs and service.”
