Awful food, rats running under table, hair in food, undercooked chicken, mouldy bread, feces stained seats and workers seen picking nose and staring at customers eat. Absolutely disgusting.

Normally love a toby carvery but very disappointed at Norton canes. No Yorkshire puddings were available, promised they were going to bring them out to our table but didn’t. Then offered a free brownie to take away to compensate. Took our brownies home to find out they were gone off and rock hard. Lovely !
