Went into the Cannock store today and we were greeted straight away by both members of staff. Ben assisted me in replacing my sim and also looking for a better deal on my current contract with 3. He went the extra mile and volunteered this information without being prompted. You have a good team in Cannock. The 3 store in Birmingham could learn a lot from this store. Well done

5 stars for all of the team at the 3 shop Cannock. Wow!!!!! Best service ever!! From start to finish they have been amazing.
I first approached them for a quote as I'd broke my phone, I didn't want to pay very much and explained my limit of approx £40 a month for both the phone and the package. Rob the assistant manager went through all my requirements and was able to offer me the Galaxy 7 flip, inc a watch, earbuds, and tracker for this price. Liam assisted me in completing my purchase and we decided to slso upgrade my children's phone packages, move my husbands account and get a business sim too. All of this was completed for less than £100 a month, with everyone receiving a better deal for less. Following the switch each team member has been there and has gone above and beyond to help. Nothing is too much trouble for Rich, Rob, Liam, Ben and Will. I would highly recommend and wish I'd switched sooner .I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service! Ben took the time to get my mom the best upgrade deal within her budget as well as looking into getting me the best upgrade on my sim only contract which ending up with me paying less than what I?m paying now along with a brand new iPad! Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful and will definitely return to store for future upgrades/deals. ?

Will at three store cannock has helped me today in choosing the right phone for my daughter. The customer service inside the three store cannock is always brilliant. Very helpful and pleasant. Will has helped me a couple of times now and its always a great experience when dealing with will. Thankyou very much again will, my daughter is very happy. 10/10 from me .

George helped us out with our upgrade and Will gave us some extra advice also, they went above and beyond to help us and it was very much appreciated, other customers came in whilst we were there and again helped them out no problem, would definitely recommend this shop.

Totally useless, went in for some assurance that my 5G broadband 30 days notice cancellation was cancelled, after speaking to call centre staff, which left me less than confident.
I had given three my required 30 days notice to cancel, though needed to cancel that as my full fibre install has been delayed.
Basically said they are a sales operation and don't offer support for existing customers.

I can't praise Liam at the Cannock branch highly enough. I've had ongoing problems and complaints with my phone and have been middleman between 3 and samsung so I have zero praise for either company anymore. However Liam has helped immensely with backing up phone, retrieving data, spending time not rushing and generally being a superstar. He is calm, methodical, knowledgeable and there should be more Liams working for 3 in management positions!

Three in a half years ago I received a letter from three to my address. Of a debt that had been runned up by neighbour at the time. ( you would of thought three would of ran checks etc for security reasons and fraud and all of that)
I contacted three this what they had to say see in the screenshot below of email taken. I was then ask to discard the same letter they sent to my address which I had already done after I had taken the details from the letter to complain. Later on that day I received a call asking if I wanted to become a customer ?? not after I had witness poor security checks or company goes through..I?ll think I?ll pass. ( to the store, don?t take this personal as it has nothing to do with your store in general. it?s a reflection on head office. As I lived in the area at the time I chooses to put it under three in the area as head office don?t have their own review page. )
