Reading the negatives about this practice, I am really surprised as I find them excellent. I can usually get an appointment if urgent the same day. The receptionists in Huntington are excellent, especially Diane, she is a credit to the practice. Thank you for all your help and support

Recommend that front of house staff are retrained in customer service relations and how to take a deep breath and fake it for the day like the rest of us have to when we are at work. Work is stressful, life is more so. You absolutely must hide your stress from patients at all times. The staff here stink at doing that. When we come to the doctors we are feeling bloody miserable. When we leave we should feel better, not like a we've just been put in the naughty chair by a Rottweiler.

I have been going to this drs since I was around 3 years old, I?m now 36. Over the years I have had the best experience with this surgery. They are unlike any others around, I constantly hear people unhappy with the service at their GPS but I?ve never had to witness it.Today I had appointment with Caroline Joyce, she was amazing. She instantly reassured me about treatment I needed and amended my medication to suit my asthma, she takes the time, listens, comforts & supports and you always come out feeling heard and helped.Thank you Caroline for all of your help over the years and I hope that you are recognised for being just incredible. A great GP service, helpful and efficient receptionists / call handlers, my call was dealt with in 10 minutes. Emergency GP appointment booked for same day. They are managing my complicated healthcare needs professionally. Thank you.

I am really appreciative of the care I have received from this practice, the doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and reception staff are friendly, helpful and above all caring. I cannot fault them and consider myself very lucky to be able to access such care.

It's been 7 years , and I'm still sick , and the colliery practice has no idea what's wrong with me , I have had no life because of this place , I now get chest pains and panic attacks at the thought of having to deal with anyone at this place
