An extremely busy service as it operates for both Noth and South M6 toll Traffic. A great place to grab food and coffee.Even though it is an extremely busy service, it is kept clean and tidy and hygienic. A wonderful indoor and outdoor seating area with wonderful Architectural sculpture.

Plus... Noodle bar a nice feature and at a reasonable price. Also, Mcdonald coffee best I've had from the chain.Negative.. toilets a long way from the door. Ok for me but not my in-laws who both really struggled. One nearly fell when his legs lost energy. Some consideration is needed in design. It's not just about presenting all the shops is it?

Good place to eat in or takeaway. Plenty of parking space and sitting arrangements. Lots of options available for eating.

A large service stations, people get down from the coach and have a rest. Food in the fast food area is a bit expensive though with little portions. Avoid to have a meal there, though there is a McDonald's and Costa coffee too.

Overpriced bland flavourless food served with limp soggy lettuce . Very poor quality. Disappointed.

Awful place. The scariest of any services I've ever been to. I was very vulnerable health wise at the time I visited this place. It was so busy I saw people pushing and shoving each other. The place was very dirty and messy everywhere. Needs limits in place to manage footfall. Healthy people and children using disabled toilets and elderly and vulnerable couldn't get in there. I was able to use regular toilets but it was not nice. Went into 5 before I found one clean enough to use. I will never go back to these services unless an absolute emergency. Parking was extremely busy and literally people and cars everywhere. Good for your pockets but not public safety.

Called through an order for a large group of 10 year olds and 4 adults during the busiest part of a Friday evening!! So impresses with the service, from phone call to leaving. The meals were ready, were hot, were all correct. The staff were super friendly and very efficient. They had even condoned off a suitable area so that we could keep a good eye on them all - a huge bonus. Can't thank the McDonald's staff enough. I definitely be doing this again ?? THANK YOU

Nice clean services, choice of food and drink outlets. Only down side is you have to pay the £8.20 toll to get to it

Very busy today as we arrived at the same time as a load of football coaches...got to say though that this is the first time that I've ever seen a queue at the male toilets and not at the female ones!Plenty of places to grab food and drinks at. Toilets are clean and spacious. Parking free for two hours.

This services has always been my goto services as I drove between Essex and Blackpool over the years. The last time was to come home to Blackpool for good and even though we were there very early in the morning, there was somewhere to eat and the loos were clean and loads of them! Felt good to see it one last time. Feels like an old friend really.

It's OK, nothing special. The Costa queue feels like a life sentence. Under staffed with two individuals who looked as bored as I was waiting to be served. Best part of 18 quid for 2 coffees and 2 toasties, what a rip off! I'd avoid it if possible

Quiet when we visited but plenty of options for food and drink and lots of space to sit. All very clean and tidy. Largest number of toilet cubicles, hand basins and dryers in the ladies I've seen at services, plus everything working. Will definitely be an option for a stop in the future.

First stop at this service station. A regular user of the M6 Toll but never stopped here before. Clean and modern looking but its not that old. Has the regular facilities motorway services as expected. Drive thru Costa available if you just need to grab a coffee and not stop.
