Not from the area but been roped into doing a job for a family member ... ended up here ... got served by a bloke wit decent conversation, positive energy, thinks outside the box and could hold a decent convo not sure of his name but his black nail polish should point him out witch makes a change to your normal boring rushed service i get in other places ?got the part I needed quickly and went and finished my day top bloke mate cheers for the service and giving a bad day abit of positive shine stay happy mate. Xrp.!

Slow service, no acknowledgement whilst waiting when other staff clearly saw me, too busy handing around teas and coffees, not as good as it used to be.

Well today I went into the Cannock store and was served by a Lovely Lady called Dawn this lady is an absolute asset to Screwfix took time to take care of me extremely Lovely manner left the shop spending money there your extremely lucky to have her on your team kind regards A Marham

I ordered a spirit level and paid£130.00 they told me it would be next day delivery I said are you sure as I need it to do my job I was told yes next day delivery and I was told I would\\nreceive a text message after waiting around half a day for a text message I decided to phone up I was then told it would be another two days I think they were ordering of amazon which I did and it was a lot cheaper

Very helpful needed a mixer shower replacement for a static caravan the lad spent time helping me to find a replacement in all the different size fittings and ordering one just wish I had his name to give a massive thumbs up ?

Went today for a replacement part but no receipt. Got to say Chelsea sorted it all out through history check on account. Very efficient and pleasant girl , definite assett to the company.
