Very poor.
Got to pub at 10.05pm on a Saturday night. Told can only let people in as people come out which was fine even though the place was empty. After about 20 people had come out we was still not allowed in as they now come up with the excuse that they had run out of glasses.
At this point we decided to walk away and go elsewhere.
Very poor custer service and attitude.

The Royal Oak is amazing they don't serve food but the karaoke is fun and so is the disco night on the weekend the staff are so lovely and friendly shell you've done a great job ?
