Awful company, have zero compassion for the patient. Carers are very hostile and they challenged my mom which is battling dementia, they constantly accused my mom of being rude yet their approach was totally unacceptable. The carers always lie about the time they were at the call, often reporting 30 plus minutes but in reality it was only a few minutes. I was told my the care co-ordinator that the carers have only 1 hour of online dementia training! Some of the carers even took photos of my mom in her own property and uploaded them to the 'birdie app' I brought my concerns up to the manager omabolu and kim many times. I feel strongly that these carers have been very detrimental to my moms health and well being. Avoid this so called care company at all costs.

Disgustingly dangerous care company!Appalling management from Cannock Manager and Company Owner. Lack of care to safeguarding investigations.Allow carers to attend people?s homes after serious concerns are raised, carers do not phone for ambulances when service users have been on the floor for over 12 hours, let strangers into service users homes they are putting people in danger and they do not care in the slightest.Company is a total shambles. Desperately needs closing down before anyone else gets hurt!!Would be 0 stars if I had the option!
