Only recently started using this shop now my mobility scooter is working again. Nice shop . I'd like more kitty food and litter options & kitten food though as I have 3 fussy cats. There lots got dogs locally but limited things for felines.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The past four trips into this store have been so uncomfortable. The man behind the counter is very unfriendly. Today, as I brought in a parcel to be posted via Yodel, I asked if I could post the parcel to which he let out a huge sigh and shook his head grabbing the parcel from me in disgust. I will also be complaining to Yodel as I?ve now had to remove Yodel as a postage option on my Vinted account because I just do not like going in this place at all. Awful customer service skills, it?s as if they don?t want anyone coming into the store at all! Witnessed the man be rude to customers in front of me aswell.

Nice clean shop, staff behind counter very helpful and friendly. Shops always smells lovely too.

Tonight the lovely lady and gentleman in the store helped a desperate mum looking for some sparklers after searching every local store in the area. Can?t thank them enough for their help and generosity.
