My partner and I stayed in this Premier inn for five days and it was lovely. The room was clean, also large, no USB charging but we brought our own so it didn't bother us. The staff were very friendly and understanding of a problem that we had one night. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.I could say that this was the best Premier inn I have stayed at so far.Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we will be back next year.Rooms: Our room was large but it was the wheelchair friendly one. I'm not sure about the other rooms.Safety: Felt safe in our room.Food & drinks: Brilliant, lovely pub next to itNoteworthy details: Room 1 is the disabled friendly one and has a huge walk in shower.

Location was key, as I was visiting family nearby, but I've found you can rely on a Premier Inn for a good nights sleep, at a decent price. This hotel was no exception. Didn't originally book breakfast , as didn't know what everyone else was doing, but did pay for the full breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Good selection of cereals, pastries etc, and a good quality cooked breakfast (items chosen from list, so as much or as little as you want; plus none of the bits you don't like!). would definitely stay again, and recommend.

Staff are amazingly polite and helpful, room was big but old and basic and out dated. Smelt of old mahogany wood. Breakfast was appalling for 9.99 pp no flavour the cheapest food you could get. Super basic. Ended up with ibs problems. It's close in reach of places. Wouldn't return.

Service and Full English Breakfast are good.Since it is located near railway and high speed road, sometimes it is not so quiet and interfered by headlights of vehicle, especially lorries.

We needed somewhere to stay while attending an event close by. This Premier Inn provided just that - comfort, convenience and I got to say a surprising high quality of front of house staff. The only problem was that the WIFI was down and being Saturday night it didn't get fixed.

Had a lovely stay. The lady at the front desk Beverley was so welcoming and we had a great chat. Room was clean and tidy, and when I have realised I didn't have my tooth past they gave me a little toothbrush and a toothpaste. Everyone in the restaurant was very friendly and chatty.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Carol! Breakfast each day was tasty and a wide variety of hot and continental breakfast items were available. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again.

Super comfy bed and lovely clean room with all the usual mod cons. The shower was brilliant once we understood how to use it! Also Free wifi which was great but awful staff in the restaurant. We went elsewhere to eat!
