Post Offices in Cannock, Staffordshire

“Tina and Michael are both amazing people. They are extremely accommodating and very welcoming. This amazing couple are nothing but friendly and for the people leaving a bad review shame on you as these people would not hurt a fly. You can say oh you don’t know them personally and no I don’t but I’ve attended a few local post offices and none have been so accommodating as Tina and Michael have. Ive never had an issue since the post office has been taken over by the wonderful couple. I regularly go to the post office sending off numerous orders every other day and Tina has been exceptional. We have our own little system in place whereby I drop my orders off pay for them, I receive all the tracking information there and then and pick up my proof of postage the next time I pop in. Something any other post office wouldn’t do. They have a wide selection of things to buy in the shop,, sweets, drinks, milk, bread, cards and some beautiful handbags.Keep both of your heads held high Tina and Michael I appreciate everything you do for the local community and myself. You’re both amazing.”

“Firstly i definitely DO NOT recommend this store. Very rude staff. The man who runs the post office has a really bad attitude. He told me my parcel didn't fit through the large letter gap when it clearly did. I post the same parcels every week and they fit through in every other post office ive been in. i tried to explain this to the man and he shoo'd me away with his hand and said take it somewhere else.. I went to the main post office in Hednesford and the pick up post worker was there collecting parcels, i explained to him what had happened and he said that many people complain about the man in Wimblebury, he said he is known for being rude. .awful customer service. please avoid.”

“Obviously the Post office provides a vital service to the local community, this one has a small shop with a good limited range of products for who have run short of the vital necessities. Staff seem helpful and friendly.”
