Very rude staff, he told me my parcel didnt fit through the small parcal gap when it did. The manager told me he owns the post office and to go else where.

We're closed!... The Internet said 1730. Yes well we have to count money, so we shut at 1725. I just want to collect a parcel. Well we're closed. But its not 1730. Tuff we closed.Top class service!!

Very rude man. Asks questions he doesn?t need to ask. He says post office compliant but they are downright out of order. No other post office is like this one. Be polite and warm to your customers not obnoxious and abrupt. You may get more come through the door.

I use this store regularly and find the staff very friendly and helpful I use the post office Which sometimes I have to wait a little for a staff member to finish serving customers in the shop area I don?t mind and feel thankful we have a local post office within the store Some people are so quick to complain about staff and service But they don?t look at the bigger picture The owners are running a business plus offering post office service Which they don?t have to offer but want to help local community especially the elderly customers who use the shop and post office on a daily basis Some people complain about the price of goods in the shop But they can?t compete with large supermarkets and we need to support small businesses in the area During lockdown these small businesses kept open and offered delivery services which was the only way some people could get goods Please support local businesses and think how hard they work to keep open during these difficult times

We at Wimblebury Post Office & Stores pride ourselves on great customer service to the community of Wimblebury. On rare occasions we get customers like Shirley Lycett who visits us and is rude to me and my staff when we ask our post office mail compliance questions of customer mail. We have been in business for 9 years and are here to help the community and take zero tolerance to verbal abuse directed to me and my staff during these difficult time.Thank Pizza Man for your review. Apologises you felt the way did. Please try to understand we are supporting the communtity to provide essential services. Its hard for us to maintain the safety of everyone who comes into store. If you don't follow the guidance on the store safety and post office mail security proceedures you are clearly going to be upset and leave us negative feedback. We are clearly not going to accept abuse well. We have tried to stay open during two UK national lockdowns to helps the vunerable and elderly. We are here to help so please support us. thank you again the Wimblebury communtity

This shop's customer service is appalling especially in the Post Office section. The only reason I use it at all is pure because it is close by, hence the one star!
