Shop is good post office counter staff are problematic. Ie can't make out post code. Not very helpfull rude and obstructive . Like it's too much effert . Never had a good experience here . Will not use again

Beyond unhelpful! The lady on the counter was both rude and dismissive. My second visit to this post office and my last. Perhaps some customer service training is required.

This post office needs restaffing the Indian woman is very rude, very unhelpful, has a attitude problem, and said my parcel which came by Royal Mail and I was returning back via Royal Mail she told me it was to big and would not have it off me, I then took it to hednesford no problem. This woman doesn?t like doing parcels she is the same with my wife also very awkward, most unhelpful and rude. I have reported her to head office and hopefully they will sack this woman.

If you retun an item with QR code or bar code, they don't want to know, always excuses can't scan, would help if they read what they have to scan on the label. So rude, no other post office has this issue. Four times I've been sent away

The women in the Post Office is extremely rude and does not know how to issue car tax without the green slip.Very unprofessional told us she had been doing the job for twenty years.Left the shop and went to the Post Office in Brownhills who dealt with this us straight away and issued car tax with the V62 form only.This women needs retraining and maybe could do with some customer care training as well

Obviously the Post office provides a vital service to the local community, this one has a small shop with a good limited range of products for who have run short of the vital necessities. Staff seem helpful and friendly.

Only use the post office in here if I have to, the women at the post office kiosk have no comprehension of customer service very rude. I would rather go out of my way and use post office in Hednesford or Cannock than there. Avoid.

Twice I have been in and they would rather stand talking than serve customers, also bad attitude and they never smile. I'm avoiding at all cost as there attitude stinks.
