I never go anywhere else for my eyecare, I trust them implicitly. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Well very nervous but i was due for check up. Good reviews so i booked in. Friendly staff. Im terrified but i got through it. Test was hard at end very strong light used on eyes. Went home with prescription. Had pain in eye all night going back tomorrow cos my eyes very sore due to examination my eyes very sensitive so bit cheesed off tbh. Prices very expensive dont want second pair for driving just new lenses. Very worried at the moment due to pain in right eye . Wont go again but tomorrow will chat cos im in agony very very upset . Dont need this upset tbh. Had an appointment for Tuesday, missed it cis mom was taken ill. I rang them and they said em sorry we just do eye tests if u have problem u need to see another optician. Told them my eyes were hurting after test well nothing to do with us. I shall go back to boots disgusting way to treat a customer . Shall not be going back to these . She said u said u have flashing lights . No lol then when i was there after em u have to pay for eye test no sorry look at my date of birth. Awful . Going to boots cos these are terrible way the receptionist talked to me today was atrocious. No after care nothing . Widh to goodness i had never set foot in that place
