visited today for afternoon tea with my grandparents, dad and sis. The staff were so kind and lovely, the food was brilliant. There was a little error on the food. But the manager rectified this. I didn't catch her name but she worked inside the kitchen. Just spot on. Honestly the service was just impeccable. Somewhere we have been many times and somewhere we will keep on going. highly recommend for any family member ?

Visited today with family. Went in the cafe and paid for a 90 minute play session in the soft play area for my 5 year old. 45 minutes later the staff said that the soft play area was closing. No signs anywhere saying that the soft play area closed at 3pm. The staff should have told us on purchase of the ticket and not taken our money. My son was so disappointed, he had approximately 20 minutes to play as he had eaten his sandwich first due to us thinking he would have plenty of time to play. Other children were in tears as they hadn?t even had chance to play. Really not happy with this service and will not be visiting again. I will also not be recommending this place to friends and family.

Went in today for a single flush toilet button which they did not stock. However the gentleman on the counter went out of his way to inform me where I could source one. Top customer service which I will not forget.Thank you
