Went to go in today but the two receptionists were just sat there on their mobiles... even with a customer present one continued using her mobile.Realised it was highly unprofessional.Joined another opticians instead.

Very friendly service. Even though what I was after wasn't possible, and therefore I wouldn't be purchasing anything through them that day, they still took the time to talk to me and explain why it wouldn't work. I suspect this welcoming and friendly manner would be evident across all their services.

Needed a screw replacing in my boots glasses. Did the job no fuss in under 2min while I waited. Excellent service and extremely pleasant people working there. 5 ? is not enough.

Always fantastic servicesMy son has been coming here since he was a little boy always happy to help weather replacing screws or just to keep. Brilliant optician... they have the patience to deal with our disabled child, always happy to help and great "customer facing".. Often a small repair will be free of charge, and we need this often..Highly recommended, We still use them five years after moving house from Cannock
