Staff at Cannock are so miserable especially the manager and his assistant . The manager etc are so rude that they need some customer service training. I prefer Rugeley branch, staff are so nice there

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Tthe gentleman staff member needs staff customer service training.
I ordered a dress with a lady . I had no email confirmation so called inshore they took my name and phone number to phone when it arrived.
A lady called after days later to say it had arrived .
After a death in my family I asked a family member to collect the dress.
The man was extremely rude and shouted across the store.stating they do not make calls out.
At a distressing time this man left my family member distraught and upset. They left the store in tears.
We have emailed a complaint online but it is a six week response.
I have no dress and no refund.
The man needs customer service training and should be reprimanded..
We will never shop there again.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service is a joke I bought an item on line,got wrong size sent it back, have proof they received it 50 minutes on the phone no answer 4 emails no answer another 40 minutes on the phone no answer surprised this company can stay in business it?s pathetic I?m not happy contacting trading standards

The one member of staff was damn rude, Luckily the lady who served me was okay. I use this store a-lot. Wont be back and Cannock is already in decline..Good job I had the exchange or I would of told the staff member to not be so damn rude! In hindsight I wish I had anyway !!

I have been in store a few times just lately and have been served by Lorraine. What a lovely lady! She is helpful and kind and lovely to chat to! You need more people like Lorraine in your stores! I will be back to shop soon

Rude staff been in here a few times and it is always the same. Always an attitude about serving you, makes you feel so unwelcome to shop in the store. Also unprofessional whilst in there last time another member of staff on the phone obviously talking to another store, talking bad about their new staff customers should not be listening to this nor should it be happening. I think this store really needs improvement on customer service!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the 2 ladies [ staff] who helped me yesterday in the Cannock store.I am an ambulatory [part time] wheelchair ?? user and I asked these ladies to help me with sizes as I am 2 different sizes top / bottom & have difficulty with clothing & ease of dressabilty. I tried on my new purchases this morning at home- [2 jumpers & 1pair of Jeggings] all fitted perfectly! This is a very rare thing for me so I was joyful I have finally found a stressfree clothes shopping experience. I can no longer try on items in shops so the ladies assured me that I could return if they didn't fit. So we'll happy they fitted, thxs to these 2 ladies. ?

Went into the Cannock branch this morning, got what I went in for, then went to pay only to find nobody at the till so myself and another customer waited a few minutes still nobody. So I called hello, a small blonde lady appeared from nowhere with the biggest Attitude, saying there wasn?t anybody just and when I last looked there was no one there, very bad customer service may I say, then she had the cheek to be nice and try to hold a conversation, sorry but with that attitude she didn?t get a lot out of me to be honest, so peacocks you are a lovely shop but you need to train your staff to maybe be Nice to customers with a better attitude,
