Fantastic service from Jayne who redesigned the small kitchen for my elderly mother-in-law. Lots of features that make it accessible for her from built-in appliances at the right height and pull down inserts in the wall cupboards so she can reach everything. The workmen were excellent both in their workmanship but also in their consideration for their elderly client. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and highly recommend this company.

We can?t recommend New Look Kitchens and Bathrooms enough! Jayne has been so helpful with all of her advice and patience as we ploughed through the many choices that need to be made when planning a kitchen, recommending options that we would never have thought of. All of the tradesmen that completed our job were polite, friendly and reliable, and Mike and Dave in particular were great - nothing was too much trouble for them. We are delighted with our new kitchen!

From start to finish, New Look Kitchens, have been fantastic. Mike came and measured up, very promptly, Jane guided, us though all our options, and choices, in their showroom, in Heath Hayes, nothing was too much trouble. We were given our start date, with only a few weeks to wait. Dave, did an absolutely amazing job, fitting the kitchen..We cannot sing his praises, highly enough. He was so patient and calm throughout, inspite of one or two hick ups, caused by our own choice of appliences ..which he quickly solved. From selecting a kitchen to installation, the New Look team were so helpful, supportive and professional. I wanted a one stop service as a wall needed to be taken down to achieve the new kitchen I wanted. No problem! Avoid. Terrible treatment. They threatened us earlier that they would come round our house unless final payment was made or would take us to court, despite calmly explaining why we were dissatisfied with their service. Unbelievable. We said we would stay with them originally even though the work was 4 months late. What a mistake. Plastered only part of the old kitchen leaving badly uneven and damaged walls which they only agreed to skim when we withheld payment for ONE day. Still left a lot of the kitchen walls black and mouldy (see pic below taken today AFTER they have received full payment) and demanded we paid virtually full amount or they would not fit the kitchen at all. electrical fitting cost not obviously included in quote which was huge additional cost. Told us we never had a conversation about a type of cupboard fitting we needed as my wife has a disability. Didn't fit them saying we've made it up. Went to talk to them about it Saturday and she raised her voice, ignored everything I'd said, then when I left the showroom she followed me outside and continued threatening me in front of shocked passers by, saying they would be round later if I didn't pay. No I couldn't believe it either.After full payment was made later that day (because of feeling threatened) I received a further threat (see pic) and then again another yesterday (see pic) when I posted a negative review . And this is after we've paid out nearly 14k full payment for the installation. As I said. Avoid. Avoid
