A few dislikes:
The deli section has a selection of Morrisons branded samosas and spring rolls but on opening these up it became apparent that there is almost no meat and for the prices you charge this is just an insult to the customers. As the quality of these sorts of items are so low and over priced it fills me with a negative sentiment towards the brand and creates a feeling of high prices for low quality. Morrisons itself can be quite expensive in general too which is another reason I dont visit regularly.
A final thing that annoyed me was when the government bought in a plastic bag tax which was supposed to aid local causes etc and was sold to us all as an environmental decision but morrisons decided to start charging us for paper bags too which was just greedy and further annoyed a lot of people.
The positive bit:
The convenient cashpoint outside is a bonus and so is the lovely little greenhouse where you sell a selection of nice plants. You also hold a selection of indoor houseplants next to the main door which sometimes has some harder to find plants which we enjoy coming to browse.

Restaurant staff lovely however had a breakfast omg the mushrooms were absolutely rank needed a magnifying glass to see the bacon extremely poor. Very sad the Lovely staff have to serve such awful food

Just collected a TooGoodToGo bakery surprise bag for an elderly person. Good job I checked it when I got home as in the bag along with the bread was tissue paper, bread that has been eaten, Battenberg cake which had been eaten. Obviously somebody was hungry in the Cannock store

Love Morrisons , this supermarket in Cannock needs an update now to bring it up to spec with other supermarkets . Still convenient though and some great offers .
