Ordered Sunday night/Monday morning whilst the update was done. Ordered on the app, had money taken but wasn?t sent to restaurant due to update on tills. Was served by a young girl who was absolutely exceptional and did everything possible to ensure that our visit was a good one, it was the first thing I mentioned to my partner as we left. Her attitude and the way she handled our situation was brilliant, well done x

Nuggets - 11/10, honestly the best nuggets from Maccies in a long long time

My receipt didn?t print from the machine so had to pay at the till, my food was colddd like there?s about 5 staff members and food was still slow to make and was cold I mean I was tired long journey on the motorway could not be bothered

Staff very friendly, working to their limits looking at how busy it was.
Shame no paper to print receipts at the ordering machines. Screen with order number stopped working during our visit there.

Drinks including coffee were made in bulk and left awaiting orders, staff were on a go slow, McMuffin with cheese had two odd sized halves of muffin and egg not warm enough to melt the cheese! The white coffee was virtually black so very short of milk!

Went in this morning for my break (hgv) driver stood at the till for 10 minutes waiting to pay for my order. The women looked at me several times and just ignored me. I then called to her about letting me pay for my order. When she finally did it I could hear her telling the other staff yeah that's his order. I ended up throwing the whole food away as I didn't trust eating it after her comments
