Arrived at weekend for lunch. Food took over +10 mins for relatively simple order for two despite not much of queue. Food arrived was cold when collected.

If you?re into cold culinary delights, this place is a must-visit. The burgers and fries arrive at your table with a chill so profound, you?d think they were straight from the Arctic. As for the staff, I?ve seen happier children on an NSPCC advert. Their collective misery might just make you wonder if you're actually in a restaurant or an immersive theatrical experience about human suffering.
The facilities are top-notch if you enjoy unclean toilets that would make a public restroom blush. And the overflowing bins? A charming homage to the local landfill, bringing that rustic, refuse-laden atmosphere right to your feet.
All in all, a dining experience that?s unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Bon appétit!

Verry fast service and verry delicious

Very enjoyable visit to this Mcdonalds outlet. Disabled parking spaces available. Wheelchair accessible entrance and an accessible toilet which was modern, clean and tidy. Helpful staff on duty. Room around the tables minimal but with co-operation from other diners I was able to access a free table. We were in for breakfast and enjoyed our meal.

WORST McDonald?s in the area, just go to the one in Longford or Hawks green unless you like waiting an hour and a half for cold food.

Of the three McD in town this is my favourite. The main entrance/exit is also shared with the two other shops so the McD drive through traffic queue frequently blocks access on to the main car park during busy times.

At least half the time we go, the food is cold! When they get it right, it's a great place. But far to often it's cold

Service was good but food terrible. I had a double cheese burger and if they could have changed the buns on it for poppadoms it would have been thicker. It looked like it had been stood on it was that thin, nothing like the picture. Didn't feel too well after eating from here too.

There is a lovely customer care worker name Rina. She is so lovely and is more than happy to have a conversation with anyone and we were sat on a table eating our food and we were gonna put our rubbish in the bin but Rina offered to take it.
