I recently ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese from McDonald?s and drove home, looking forward to my meal. However, when I opened the box, I was shocked to find no bun. Just the patties, cheese, and toppings sitting there, completely incomplete.
Since I had already driven home, I didn?t have the chance to speak to the staff at the store. Instead, I tried addressing the issue online through McDonald?s customer service. Unfortunately, despite raising the complaint, I haven?t received any response or resolution.
Having no bun is such a basic mistake, and it completely ruined the meal. I had to eat it with a fork, which is not what anyone expects when ordering fast food. The fact that McDonald?s hasn?t even acknowledged the issue online makes this experience even more frustrating.

Disappointed with both the in-store quality and the lack of response online. This situation shows a real lack of care for customers.

Delivered very cold, late and when the delivery started it showed 1 mile from the restaurant on the map. When will you tackle delivery drivers with multiple phones delivering for multiple restaurants ???

Waited 25 minutes for my food and when it finally arrived the fish o fillet burger was hard and a horrible taste like it's been there for months the staff are so rude it's unbelievable and the managers got serious attitude problems avoid this mc donalds

Hate to give a one star review but unfortunately the service is too inconsistent.
The food you get is perfectly fine but its actually getting what you have ordered that is the issue. Previously it got to the point where I felt like I was gambling with whether or not I get my correct order but now I can be pretty certain its going to be wrong in some way.
Odds are you're gonna be missing food / dips / drinks. You may get someone else's order. Likely to be cold by the time you get it. Or they may forget about you completely and leave you sat and the car park for 45mins while several JustEat drivers come and go with multiple orders.
Idk what happened because I used to praise this place but recently it has fell from grace and I cant understand why. Pretty sure I won't be going here again.

i normally only give good reviews ( see all) for great service and just don?t bother giving bad for absolute bellends simply won?t go again. But this place employs Rodney?s. The drive thru let me go thru the drive thru ordering and then gave me something different. Ran by children for children . Would go to another local one within 2mile. Simply avoid this like the plague

The restaurant is definitely consistent. Unfortunately the consistency is found in how often they send incorrect or incomplete orders. Sometimes whole items or meals are missing. Dips will never arrive, so enjoy the dry chicken without any of the condiments you were looking forward to.
A mistake happening once or twice is frustrating but expected - its the law of averages that such a high volume business will do this.
Mistakes happening on EVERY order points toward lack of care from staff, lack of control and overseeing from management, and perhaps a lack of seamlessness in the order creation process.
All of them result in a restaurant that has zero capability in their delivery business.

I ordered from the restaurant through Uber, and the Uber driver didn?t deliver. I?m very happy with the employees that helped me get the £30 worth of food we ordered. It was on Uber not McDonald and they helped anyways, even though they didn?t necessarily have to. Amazing customer service, they really made our night, thank you to the managers on shift.

I went there today and ordered my food. I collected my food but they didn?t give 2 large chips which I ordered. I went back to reception and explained them. The staff on reception was very rude and racist towards me.she just give me 1 large fries. She asked me to order in my rude manner. But it?s our customer choice whether they want to order online or in store.
