Had my eyebrows threaded & waxed for the first time today.The ladies was very kind & very quick & professional. I was asked if I was okay which was very nice of the lady to ask.I will definitely be coming back again! X

Fantastic beauty bar. I have my eyebrows threaded regularly, wouldn't go anywhere else. I've even had compliments from a couple of strangers recently, asking me where I get them done. Highly recommend. Lovely ladies. Thank you?

Always take my daughter here for her lashes and brows and shes always pleased with the results. Both ladies are lovely and welcoming . Would definitely recommend

I?ve been going here for about 8 years now and I will not go anywhere else. I?ve never ever had a problem, the staff are lovely and the service is great. Waxing and threading here is quick and precise and they always make sure to never miss a hair out.

Really disappointed with the service I received last week!Eyebrows - left uneven and missed lots of hair.Eyelash extension's - came off within 2 days even after not getting them wet etc, left with eyelash glue all over my eyes and even some in my hair. I expected more as this is classed a beauty bar but couldn?t provide the simplest of beauty treatments.Services: Eyebrow shaping

Took a chunk out of my eyebrow made my eyebrows do uneven and tried to cover them up with eyebrow dye and refused to fix them when I came back in said she?s busy and cost £28 for eyebrow threading, dye and upper lipHad to go to another beautician in Cannock who offered to fix them free of charge to give me a better shape and resolve the issue - all this before a hen party is not what you need. KCM beauty in Cannock is probably the best beautician and never had any problems, perfectionist at what she does.Would not use in any circumstances poor customer service and definitely not beauticians or experienced in this matter.If I could give less stars I would

Cannot put into words how deeply disappointed and disgusted at the service my mother and sister received 2 weeks ago. My mother has psoriasis and currently is suffering from a bad outbreak on her face and members of staff here took it upon themselves to laugh and mock this. Absolutely appalling and the business should be embarrassed that they hire women who act like this. Will not be returning under any circumstances which is a shame as we?d been going here for yearsAlso in terms of the actual beauty treatments treatments my eyebrows always look different depending who does them, and the last couple times they?ve been left uneven with wax still on my face.
