albeit the food was ok but really disgusted that a member of staff who is not disabled was parked on a disability bay whilst disabled customers had to struggle. when approaching a member of staff they said yes he refuses to move it. absolutely disgusting

Forgot half the chips 4 instead of 8

Pop here for a quick snack, as we were all a bit peckish. Got two childs popcorn meals, very disappointing. For what you pay, there is little food, about 5 popcorn bites, and the smallest bag of fries I think I've ever seen. I had the zinger burger meal, the burger was fine, again the fries were such a small portion.
We went through the drive-thru and on driving away found we were not given, spoons for the sundaes, or beans and no staws for the drinks. I had to park up and run in, which kind of defeats the object of a drive thru...
The drive thru and inside were not busy, so there was no rush. I'm a fan of KFC, so this was disappointing.

Freezing cold when we got inside dis complain but they said its just like that so when we sat down tables were greesy and the food cooled so quick because it was cold inside the restaurant never had to keep my coat on before when eating inside nexttime I will give it a miss and go to the wheatsheaf on the walsall road

Ordered a meal on just eat and they kept moving delivery time back to over 90 minutes to wait for delivery. Cancelled order and will never bother with them again

It's KFC..
Better then other local fast food outlets. Although wait times can be ridiculous at busy times.

Really nice quiet brilliant for chicken for chips I don't like them as they are not potato and are made of maise not really chips and no choices apart from chicken

The restaurant itself was cold, the food was cold also.. it wasn't the worst place we've been i guess but it won't be a place we go to again!

Went inside to get a meal to take away. The service was indescribable rude, at the checkout. Food was chucked at me. Meals was missing. No please no thank you whist serving. Won't be using again. Totally disgusting service. Need to be re trained in manners. And customer service.
