Popped into the Cannock branch this week, fully prepared with every document I could find for a fight to get my replacement bank card and I couldn?t have been more delighted with the experience! I was met by a super friendly gentlemen who was able to sort what I needed straight away and then even showed me how to use the banking app to pay in a cheque. It was so lovely to just walk into a branch and be dealt with by a friendly member of staff!

Visited again today 25 November and very helpful friendly staff. Also they all looked much smarter albeit they are still having to wear the fleece jackets! Much improved from our previous visitHad to go back to the bank due to a mistake they made! Not the first time either. Have to say the women working in there looked unkempt. Grey cheap fleece jackets, scruffy trousers and trainers. Also very untidy hair. Whilst this won't affect their work they don't look professional and certainly not what you would expect from a bank! The bank has also done away with serving desks which has made things difficult for a lot of people.

They no longer accept cash!!!. Will be opening an account with the Post Office. As they are still in the real world ?. Not everyone has a digital footprint.

Today I updated my security online and had difficulty getting passed 7 digits they asked me for.Went into Cannock branch and Manager tried to see if he could sort it but it was security so had to wait for another member to see me Carina was so good, efficient and took time with me to go through it all again. She was extremely busy but did not rush me and got me sorted. So grateful as had new iPad and was worried that i could not view my accounts. The Manager sorry do not know his name but both he and Carina are an asset to your Cannock Branch

Absolutely shocking went in there to get something sorted and they said got know one to see me they said try later in the week but couldnâ??t Evan book me an appointment I take it because it was about a ppi claim against the bank
