Visited for the first time in about twelve months both ladies were very helpful in giving me the right avenues to go down with complementary medicines I needed.
I will definitely visit again and was amazed at the offers available throughout the Store.
No one rushed me just what I wish other shopping experiences would be like.

The one lady here has a terrible attitude . Picks n chooses who she likes . If your face fits I've heard her be pleasant. The lady with long blonde hair is super helpful. Will not be going back after today's service .

Terrible customer service in Cannock. I love Holland and Barrett Im regular customer usually shopping in Walsall branch. My customer card number. 2910115567887.
I make decisions to visit Cannock in 2024 first visit I think was in April no very good service but was fast shopping. But second visit what I believe was in May that was definitely mistake and experience was horrible. No bady was interested help me in shop. Two ladies was more interested with stack the shelves, very rude altitude. No help at all just waiting to finish them work.
On the end I bought some product worth around £100 but I left also half of them just by desk bicouse I was not able stand so horrible service anymore . I plan spend this day over £250 that was my Birthday treat. Very disappointed. ??

Visited this store to purchase a couple of items. Staff member "Syd" was very helpful and very friendly. Great customer service, thankyou. Also lady member of staff was also friendly. Highly recommended.

My mother Went to this store to refund a horrible tasting protien product. was served by a nadine hickman where I was left with very rude customer service attitude. Practically bit my head of when I said you can refund it says on the Holland and barrett website. Kept saying how am I gonna re sell this product. She gave us a number to phone customer service. phoned customer service and he apologised for the rude behaviour and said protein products should not be re sold we had all proof of purchase and my mom has a heart condition it knock her about. Made us feel like criminals just for refunding a product.

If you are ill go to a doctor and don't use rumer based medicine that has not been trialed for efficacy. In fact the supposed active component of the products sold here are not even assessed as to their concentration let alone as to whether they work or not. If they were medicine then they would be available on prescription and be regulated as general sales list. They do however sell some (expensive) ingredients for good food.
