First time visiting Hickorys last night, we will be visiting again!

Visited Hickory's for the first time today and it did not disappoint. First of all, customer service was excellent. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and attentive.
It was good to see the restaurant was reasonably busy for a Wednesday lunch time and service was still quick.
As newbies to Hickory's, we decided to share the Smokehouse Platter so we got to try a bit of everything. It was delicious and we struggled to finish it between the two of us. The portion size is definitely generous. We highly recommend this dish, it may seem pricey but you get a decent amount for your money.
We did manage to squeeze desert in as the fro co frozen custard intruiged me. Again, this did not disappoint and was delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back at some point.

Going to Hickorys is always an enjoyable experience. You are greeted warmly by a member of staff who then remains your server throughout.
Food is always top notch (although a little pricey but you get what you pay for) and the atmosphere is upbeat and friendly.
We took friends from out of town who had never experienced a Hickorys before and they left very satisfied and happy with the overall experience.

What a Beautiful restaurant, the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Carla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
The birthday wishes to my brother were lovely and they had a quite a few that particular day! The food was stunning, filling and delicious, we didn't need pudding as the cocktails were enough! Gorgeous surroundings and atmosphere! Keep up the good work! ??

So I came here for my 20th birthday all the way from Loughborough (with my dad, his wife and her son) and they gave me a birthday sign, I then ordered my drink (mojito) which was really nice and the waitress who was really nice, she came over and as a birthday treat she asked the bar if it was okay to make my own cocktail behind the bar which was such a lovely idea and the guy behind the bar was really welcoming. I wasn?t able to catch her name to put in the review but she was so lovely and very good at customer service! They also bought me a birthday doughnut with candles and a birthday message on. The food was so good and over all was a really special experience! Thank you for a great afternoon all of you!

Food was really good, id recommend any of the burgers, and the cookies for dessert was fantastic. I?d especially like to thank our server, Amelia, who took great care of us during our meal. Thank you all, I will be visiting again soon!

I have watched them refurbish the place and the whole place from outside to inside is very authentic and the food was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much.
The best thing of all is the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our visit brilliant
The managers Kaprhys and Rhys
The host Alejandro, The bar tender Joe and our lovely waitress Amelia all went out of their way to make our visit very special.
I had just had my 2nd session of Chemo and my friend who booked the table told the staff about it and Kaprhys the Manager arranged flowers, a tedd, posh biscuits and a card, which she did of her own back and it made my day, we had a few happy tears and lots of hugs and took some photos.
Such a kind and lovely gesture.
Will definately recommend Hickorys to everyoneand will certainly be back as the food was lovely and the kids enjoyed their meals and the quiz books and flags.

Such a nice and lovely place to go to.
Staff are so friendly, we came without a reservation and they didn't bat an eyelid, just smiled, complimented and sat us at a table.
Nice to have popcorn to snack on while you wait.
Drinks were so tasty, definitely worth it.
Food looked small but definitely filling for the average consumer.
Sneaky dessert to add the calories, definitely was a must.
Definitely recommend if you're a foodie!

We went tonight for my partners birthday, we had a small issue at the start with the reservation as it wasn't of their system but the guy sorted us out with in 15 mins with a table for 4, Georgia took our food orders and she was amazing, very polite, and chatty, she even sorted a little birthday surprise out for my partner, shes definitely a credit to the company
