Brought 2 bikes on Sunday the 17th of August totaling to £2055 to find out on the following Monday that they had both gone on offer and thought oh well these things happen i got the call to say that they were ready we came to the store on the 23rd of August to collect the bikes and the lad who served us Joal was at the front door and fair play to him he said he felt bad that the bikes went on offer the day after and told us they would refund the difference now thats top tear customer service very polite very knowledgeable thanks for the great customer service big thanks to Joal and Connor for the awesome customer service and for building the bikes for us

Took my elderly father to this store today to take back a return of a product he spent over £100 on that did not work. Young lad that dealt with us at the desk had one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced from the moment we approached the desk. Smug, egotistical and clearly had no experience of customer service! The way he spoke to my father was actually disgusting, he showed absolutely no empathy or customer skills whatsoever so we asked for a manager! He laughed at us smuggly and said he would get one, within 10 seconds he grabbed the first employee he could find, who I do not believe was a manager as it did not say manager on his badge and had exactly the same disgusting smug and disrespectful attitude towards us. Had zero interest in our complaint, no apology, humiliated my father in front of other customers with a 'no interest attitude' who had been nothing but respectful, was not interested in our complaint, smiling and smirking, do not believe that 'manager' was even a manager at all and refused to give his details afterwards. The most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced in any retail store by little boys that seemed to get enjoyment from their unprofessionalism!! Will never go to this halfords store again after this experience. Really disappointing as every other halfords store have always been very high standard of customer service, but cannock staff definitely not.... avoid this store, staff are terrible!

Came in because we wasn't sure what charging port we needed for our hybrid car we had just purchased, the service we received from Lewis was outstanding it was a pleasure to have been served by the lovely young man he is an asset to your company

Had some issues with my EBike battery a few months ago, JJ and the team literally fought to help me put my case forward as it was still in warranty. Excellent communication and support from them all, despite the complicated (and long) nature of the issue, I knew the team were being proactive and kept me in the loop ? hats off!

Cannock bike department, The most unhelpful rude and not interested. In helping or discussing which bike is best. if you need advice about bikes, I would not recommend this store.

After buying a child's bike at another Halfords store and finding issues with the stabilisers, I dropped into the Cannock store to ask for some help. They were fantastic. Jordan in particular made sure that the stabilisers were adjusted correctly and also spotted that the front wheel was also not on tight enough. Brilliant, helpful service. I'll definitely be visiting Cannock Halfords in future.
