I didn't catch her name but she worked inside the kitchen. Just spot on. Honestly the service was just impeccable. “Honestly the reason I give 5 stars is the staff and the level of customer service they provide, my fiancé and I was both offered a hot drink as we was walking around, we saw other customers also being offered hot drinks, this was a nice gesture as it was a cold day as well so was nice to be offered, then when looking at the sofa that we was wanting, one of the staff member (unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but he was a younger gentlemen with very nice tattoos) came over to us and asked us if we needed any help or any information on the sofa we was looking at to why we all went over the dimensions of the space we had available and the dimensions of the sofa to see whether it would fit or not, we was not pushed to purchase anything, we was given all the information we wanted and due to the genuine high level of customer support and friendliness that we received we purchased the sofa we got the information on, I highly recommend DFS in Cannock, I've been to a few DFS now to look around but the staff in the Cannock branch go above and beyond”

“Not Happy with our £4000+leather suite.Furniture we recieved is sub standard in comparison with the store suite.Within 6-7 days, it looks as thoug a heard of elephants have walked over it.Store managers are trying to help.We are waiting for an assesment, and will add another review once that has been done.”
