Only wanted some tarp, ordered online to save time!! Showed up waited 20 minutes and not one person came to the desk! Wasn?t just myself I was one of 5, 2 of those people left after 10 minutes.
So Iv left now 20 minutes wasted without my product.

Disappointing experience.
Ordered and paid for items online and received an email shortly after saying they were ready for collection the same day. Turned up three days later, only to be told the items were no longer available?even though I had already paid for them. Now I have to wait a week for a refund. Poor service. Do yourself a favour and go to GSF instead?they won't mess you around.

Absolutely rammo everytime, it's like they've always got a million customers and 1 geeza behind the till, gobsmacked how they never seem to have enough staff...
Why is it not more like a crewfix or toolstation, seriously what's the diffrence.
Did have a lovely lady help me with all my stuff too the car though, even though they weren't allowed to bring the trolley to the car, company policy apparently so she carried them bless her, didn't expect her too but fairplay

Very poor service. I reserved a car battery online, expecting it to speed up the process, but ended up waiting 30 minutes in-store. Only one person was serving at the counter, and when I was finally helped, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Meanwhile, the queue behind me kept growing. Euro Car Parts might be cheaper, but I?d rather go to Halfords, pay a little extra, and get served quicker.

Writing this as stood in the que.. not the first time it's been like this when visiting.
One person on the desk, several people waiting to be dealt with. The person waiting in front of me has left due to how long it is taking.
It's currently taken 12 minutes to scan 2 bottles of car soap wash.
If I hadn't already paid for my order to collect I'd of left.
The helpful person behind the desks motto was 'welcome to euro car parts' when asking why it has taken so long to deal with such simple tasks.
Will not be returning any time soon.
