Tried to charge me more than the shelf price for a bottle of wynns fuel cleaner the lady said the price had changed online but it clearly said 7.99 on the shelf got fed up of arguing the issue with her in the end..

I have been using euro car parts Cannock for a good while now. Always polite and helpful on the phone, vast majority of the time the parts I need are in stock and are a reasonable price. Very rare I have been given the wrong part, can't be said for other suppliers I've used. Only criticism I have is that you are left waiting to be served a while sometimes, other than that I have no complaints. Highly recommended

Terrible staff that have no clue what they're doing. Sent wrong parts, took 35 minutes to get it sorted then told I'd got to pay double. Will never use this incompetent company ever again. Should be 0 stars but have to give a totally undeserved 1.

Ordered online, picked up in store, ordered an item in error and couldn't cancel it online, they also couldn't cancel it in store had to wait for 3 days for the collection to expire which is a strange system.Overall very good.

Queue of 10 people with 1 person serving. No separate click and collect. Wasted 40 mins waiting to collect. Unfortunately I had prepaid with Click and Collect. Should have had the item deliveredfrom Amazon

Made a special journey to pick a part up for my son, which had been ordered and was told was put aside on shelf under his registration but was told it wasn't there. The young man on the counter was on his own and had no help and when I left there was 6 people behind me waiting to be served. I always go to Spartan just 5 minutes in car away and always get what you need. One unhappy son who needed this part to be put on on that day.
