After contacting them on Facebook yesterday about a washing machine & tumble dryer (which we got a rapid response) we popped down and was greeted by a lovely gentleman (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) who completed our sale very quick and efficiently.We got it delivered and our old appliances recycled the next day which was very convenient as ours had given up.Amazing prices & service, will definitely use them again in the future!Thank you guys!

Needed a new fridge yesterday quickly. Jenny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the fridges they had. Wayne even agreed to deliver the fridge on his way home from work yesterday. After having being recommended by a friend to use Phil and Empire Appliances , I have purchased various items from Empire , both for my home and business properties and always have been happy with their service. I recently bought a fridge freezer and small vacuum cleaner for my elderly mother. The vacuum cleaner is of poor quality and falls apart when she uses it. When my mother tried to return it, they refused to accept. Unfortunately I wont be trading with them again

From beginning to end a great experience. The staff at the showroom could not be more helpful no pressure. The driver arrived took the old appliances out and wired and plumbed in the new ones in could not have been more helpful great service!!!!???
