“Brought 2 bikes on Sunday the 17th of August totaling to £2055 to find out on the following Monday that they had both gone on offer and thought oh well these things happen i got the call to say that they were ready we came to the store on the 23rd of August to collect the bikes and the lad who served us Joal was at the front door and fair play to him he said he felt bad that the bikes went on offer the day after and told us they would refund the difference now thats top tear customer service very polite very knowledgeable thanks for the great customer service big thanks to Joal and Connor for the awesome customer service and for building the bikes for us”

We were asked about the base that the TV would sit on, to ensure that it would be big enough. We hadn't even thought of this, but when the TV was delivered later the same day, a conversion stand was also bought in case it was needed, which in fact it was. The TV was set up, everything explained very clearly, and we were very satisfied customers. We have nothing but praise for the service that we received. We will definitely use this business again for any electrical items that we need in the future.”
