Came in a couple weeks back looking to change my broadband to ee, I was met by a ginger gentleman with glasses. He was very poor. Very negative attitude and demeanour about him and would act passive aggressive to anything you?d ask him. Didn?t seem like he wanted to be there or even help me in anyway. He seemed annoyed and would ask me questions like ?do you have id yes or no?? (In a very sharp and negative tone) Very poor service by him. Ended up leaving the shop and went to ee Walsall where I met a much more delightful person and did manage to change my broadband ?

They can't even open the store on time, how do you think their service will be? Very disappointed no care about your time. Been standing out side the store since 9 o'clock.

Went in the store and upgraded and took out broadband too. Advisor said I could get the phone delivered to store, which turned out to be untrue, DPD "attempted" delivery but the parcel made no mention of it was being delivered to the store in a fairly large shopping centre, so the driver couldn't be bothered to look properly, its now been 8 days since DPD said they were returning the phone but no sight of it. Made a complaint to EE who closed it without contact. Shocking customer service from the beginning. EE wont remove the handset from my account so i am still paying for a handset I've never received.

Dreadfully they never answer the phones instore at cannock. Reported this to their headoffice. When arriving at store they never seem to be busy just ignore the phones that ring. Customer service is rubbish here.

Had a text from EE saying I was due an upgrade so I thought I would go in store and have a chat about my options. When in the shop had to wait for a bit as there was other customers which was no issue at all. When I was served I explained my situation to the employee and they seemed not interested at all. Had my kid with me as well and felt like they just wanted me out the shop so they could chill. Wouldn?t bother going there go to the Walsall branch instead they are so helpful and actually have a look at options! I get everyone has bad days but no need to be rude!

Today I visited the EE shop in Cannock. I was greeted with a smile from the three assistants. Jordan managed to sort my problem and he did this with excellent communication and in a very friendly and efficient way. Your a star Jordan and thank you very much.
