We visited dreams cannock last Sunday had a really nice experience Brought our new bed and mattress Kiran helped us find what was best for us. Both members of staff who were in were so friendly offered us a drink while we were sorting everything out. Would definitely recommend this store ? nice happy friendly and knowledgeable staff

We went to another bed shop next to the store in cannock. They were very pushy and wanted us ti have the top rv bed. We went into dreams next door and it really felt like a family. Gary approached us with no hard sale or pushing . He asked us what we were after. Showed us options and then left us to our devices. We went on the bed machine to find.out what mattress would suit us. We chose our matress and Gary offered us drinks. The service we had was amaizng for Gary and his team. The other chap explained to our twins the differences between the beds and springs. These people are amazing ? well recommended.

We?ve had a bed from here before and absolutely loved it, so when we needed a single bed, we naturally came back?and once again, the service didn?t disappoint. Paul from the sales team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect option. There was such a great deal on that we ended up purchasing a mattress too. He also managed to sell us the 8-year protection plan and arranged for the bed to be assembled, which my husband was thrilled about?our last ottoman bed was a bit of a workout to put together! The protection plan is excellent value, and with a 12-week delivery time, it fits perfectly with our decorating plans. Couldn?t be happier!

We entered the store and was greeted with a very polite Hello from Paul , he let us look around the shop which was great then he asked if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking for and he listened and proceeded to help . He offered us a drink asked if we would like to try sleep match also after picking what we wanted did we need pillows or extras. Paul?s service at Cannock store was excellent

Gary at Cannock branch was fabulous he offered great advice we had the bed test and was shown the beds he said we should have he talked us through the different qualities. He was very knowledgable. We took the insurance it was a no brainer for the cost for 8 years. We was also given a new mattresses protector free. Exceptional customer service.
