“Yesterday 24.8.25 I visited your Brownhills store. My purchase was 12 bags of 40mm blue slate. As I'm a pensioner , I asked a young female assistant if she could perhaps ask a male employee to help me. The little dot of a girl fetched a trolley, loaded 12 bags of slate onto it, used her own till to pay so that I didn't have to queue and then proceeded to load it into my car, as a blue badge holder it was parked not too far away.
