A good selection of white goods and entertainment hardware, although the computer section is not as good as it once was (still missing PC World), most Curry?s fail on the computer side of things. A good selection of branded printer inks.
Staff were friendly and welcoming without being pushy. They were nearby and ready if help was needed.

I waited 30 minutes to ask a question, there were no customers in the store, and the employee was standing at the door...then I told him I wanted to buy an iron. He told me to wait...after another 10 minutes I left while they were still standing at the door...Management...why do you run this store with unprofessional employees?

Went in last Saturday as my steam Generator Irons had broken. As it was 9 years old, decided to buy new and visited Currys for some guidance. On entering the store, I noticed how quiet it was with staff just standing around, with only a few customers milling around. There was only 7 generator Irons on display, which was disappointing. However, dispute having nothing to do, not one single member of staff asked if I needed assistance. Frustrated with the lack of service, I left. Subsequently, I purchased an iron from another retailer for a much lower price. Will I be returning to that store, NO!

A few weeks ago I got assisted by Steph to help me find a laptop to suit both my professional and personal needs. She was fantastic, friendly, helpful and got me sorted very quickly. She got amazing deals for me for Microsoft Office and anti-virus protection. Brandon also assisted with choosing the perfect model. Both of them are incredible and I really appreciate their help!

Been this morning the brother-in-law wanted two TVs the service was atrocious asked the manager if the person was getting the TV's was told he will be with you in five minutes spent an hour at the place walked out will never go there again

Excellent, knowledgeable staff, it makes such a change to find a sales person who actually knows how products work. In this case we were looking for a new all-in-one printer and the young lady who dealt with us gave us excellent advice.

Got coffee machine today, it had different capsules in a waste box and it?s completely faulty. Also color of machine was different to the color of machine on a box. So I assume someone returned it and Currys sold it again? waste of time
