Ordered new washing machine from Cannock Currys got it delivered few days after txt following a call delivery on time staff first class washer placed in side house without problems.

Disorganised. Loads of staff wandering around behind the til but most of them seem to not know where they?re going or doing. Stand behind the ?Pay Here? sign for fifteen minutes watching them faff around, one finally appears on the til in the Repairs section and starts calling people behind me? Walk to til after they finish and complain about standing the 15 minutes and get a blank stare like I?m speaking Japanese. No ?sorry for the wait?, no ?oh, sorry I didn?t see you?, just ?would you like the three year warranty on that?? I have absolutely no idea where they get these people.

I went into the store on 24th November, and bought a laptop and printer. The laptop was not in stock, so I had to order it. Staff told me it would come in in a couple of days time and they would ring me when it arrived. After 13 days, there was no phone call. I rang customer services, who were useless. The only advice they gave me, was to drive to Cannock and see if the laptop had arrived- they offered no other solution. I went to Currys on the 6th December. The first member of staff I spoke to hadn?t got a clue and could not find the order. The second member of staff eventually found the order. Even though the laptop had been paid for, no member of staff had ordered the laptop. They then told me it would be in in a couple of days time, and they would ring. Eventually, I picked the laptop up on the 9th December. If you like wasting your time and money, shop at Currys Cannock. I will not be using here again.

Never been found of currys. The experience is always awful. They always hell bent on selling you insurance, which is covered under manufacturing guarantee anyway. The lad we delt with tried telling us the TV we was buying was coming back faulty all the time and we should take out this insurance which we refused

The website is misleading as I wanted a display port to hdmi adapter which the website said they had. After waiting at the help desk for the employee to finish using his phone, he told me it was a curry?s buisness product.

Bought an Xbox controller from them, for my son. Attempted to returned it as faulty, one of the joy sticks popped out, staff were rude and condescending, acting superior to me as I don't understand how these things work. That would be a consequence of me not wasting my time on trivia such as computer games as a big old adult. Went to another retailer

I would say customer service was bad, but that would imply that there was any customer service offered.A couple of sales assistants were chatting and looking at their phone the entire time I was in the shop.I approached one guy to ask for assistance and he said - ?I?m just on my way to the toilet?I left without making my purchase.Hopeless service.

All staff were too busy to help so after waiting 40 minutes for someone to unlock an item so I could pay for it I gave up and purchased it through Amazon. Pointless having the stuff with no staff to sell it ?

Excellent customer service. Alex is really professional, helped me choose the right vacuum, I had my pet, English Springer Spaniel with me, all the staff were excellent but Alex went above and beyond, carried my vac to the Car and was professional through out. I would highly recommend this store. 5 stars. Sholto Eaton.

Very quick and pleasant when taking your money, very slow to act upon complaints. Very one-sided! Purchased laptop in-store. Explained that I needed it for my home-educated child. Owing to such a positive sales experience, I purchased a further laptop for another family member and a Samsung mobile (all within 4-5 weeks) Unfortunately, 7 weeks after purchase the laptop is defective. I went back to the same store and was told that it's a repair that can be fixed. They ex can't do it in-store and therefore would need to send it off which could take 7 days. I explained that being in her GCSE my child cannot afford to miss a week of online lessons. The response, was sorry there's nothing I can do. Returning home, I spoke to the Customer Services contact centre; a converstion both bizarre and dismissive , now I have to wait 5 days for a manager's call. NEVER EVER EVER will Curry's get a penny of my money!

Very helpful staff. We ordered a tv and was delivered damaged. We rang curry?s customer services and they was no help as said we need to take the tv back to the store (pointless paying for delivery) we borrowed a car big enough to take the tv back and the staff at this store where amazing and apologised for how customer service handled it.I am giving five stars for the store but don?t count on much help if you have to call customer service.
