Today I visited the Cannock Town Costa, mainly because the independents had all closed. I was fast losing faith in Costa but today I jad it restored again by a Barista that put some effort in to the presentation and milk quality of my Coffee. Further I was pleased to see them helping and elderly couple out by taking their order to their seats which I had offered to do for the elderly gentlemen. Well done team in both coffee and caring for the elderly members of staff. More people need to follow suit, we all need to look after each other.???

I've been in here a handful of times but the last time I went in I noticed how many flies were everywhere, the more I looked around, the more I noticed how utterly filthy the place is. Grubby, sticky, stained walls and floors, tables never wiped, toilets are horrible too. When we mentioned the flies the staff just said there has been a problem with the pipework but I can see from other reviews this has been going on for a long time now. I can't bring myself to go in here again. Minging.

On a quiet Sunday, none of the tables had been wiped or cleared. Floor needs a Sweep. Didn't want to sit on the sofa because of the crumbs. Nice coffee and hot chocolate though.
