This Co-op store is in serious need of an upgrade. The interior is outdated, dirty, and poorly lit, which creates an uninviting shopping experience. While the staff appear friendly, they are often unhelpful when needed. There are misleading signs advertising offers that the store doesn't actually stock, which is frustrating.
Additionally, the EVRi parcel service within the store frequently has broken equipment, with no signs indicating the issue. Staff often watch customers struggle without offering assistance or informing them of the problem.
The car park is another major concern?full of massive potholes, loose debris, and poorly marked spaces. With only one way in and out and a tight turning circle, reversing can be hazardous, especially with cars entering at the same time.
Overall, I won't be returning to this Co-op. If you're looking for a better experience, I highly recommend the Pye Green Co-op, which is much more modern and well-maintained.

Came in to bring a parcel. I was stood at the machine for a good 10/15 mins trying to scan my QR code. I go ask the staff member who was at the till to help, and she told me it was broken. So she saw me there struggling and never said anything and also knew it was broken but had no sign up on it.

Staff here always help me! I'm disabled on my mobility scooter and the staff can't do enough for me when I need assistance, thank you so much! Much appreciated! THEIR Readymeal CURRIES arealso really nice! ANDI love it when they sell sunflowers or daffodils! Only one thing, wish they would have a bit more choice of yoghurts

I like the co-OP, they have a ramp for disabled people and disabled parking spaces. The only thing what bothers me that the door doesnt open & close automatically (at least I've never seen it ). If you on your own it's hard to open the door from outside if you are on a mobility scooter. When the door is shut and you want to get out it's either you have to ask someone or wait for someone opening the door.

Some staff friendly. Can wait upto 10mins before staff will decide to get another member of staff on another till when shop busy. Seen higher member of staff take rubbish out the front way of the shop instead of taking it out the back. Also disgusting that they let customers who they know take there dogs inside the shop( not guide dogs which are allowed). Jordan( Staff member) spends his time talking to his friends whilst customers are waiting to be served. I will not visit this shop again! Absoulte disgrace!

Lovely staff members, phoned them to make sure they had the magazine I wanted which the woman checked for me and i was very impressed with the way she dealt with me on the phone. Very helpful and cheerful. Decent variety of goods considering it's not a very big store
