Myself and my children have been coming to chase eye care for a few years now and will never go anywhere else! We are always made very welcome, all staff are very friendly and accommodating. No long wait for glasses either as they are made at the shop. Highly recommend,it's a much more personal experience than the other known opticians! Highly recommend.

Ive been coming to this chase eye care for quite a few years always felt welcome staff are brilliant and so friendly its definitely a safe place to bring family to have there eyes checked I wouldn?t go to another place highly recommended. Mr Puri puts my children and myself in best of care and we feel we have the best eye test here. Have the smartest and elegant glasses and a maximum choice which are very affordable for families.

Each time is a great experience; all the staff are kind and knowledgeable making each visit easy and stress free throughout the entire process from the eye exam with the consultant, being able to have in depth conversations about the condition of my eyesight as well as the help of picking and fitting of new frames afterwards with the dispensing team.

Could not recommend Chase Eyecare enough, completely changed my boys life. All staff are very welcoming and put my nervous boy at ease. Mr Shakeel Puri is the best optician we've ever seen so friendly and fun!

Very friendly service and comfortable setting for my children and myself. Always feel welcome and have a nice chat too! Great on emergency repairs also. Mr Puri and his team are all fantastic.

After having a bad experience after going to a bad company I have been going to chase eye care and they have looked after me very well and they are all caring and they have the best eye test for children and adults I love my glasses and I will recommend chase eye care to everyone thank you Mr Puri and team.

After a terrible experience a few doors down I came to the practice looking for help, my children desperately needed an eye test that I could trust.... 2 years later we are still visiting Mr. Puri, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I would recommend to parents, carers and anyone who needs excellent eye test they can rely on. The staff are excellent with the children, they will work to any budget and have a lab onsite so if your little ones have an accident they will quickly sort it out. The test itself is through and when my little boy needed a test but couldnt read letters they did every test to fit him! Recommend , i couldnt enough if i tried!!!

Absolutely wonderful care!!! Always attend with both of my additional needs children now as our first visit 4 years ago was amazing. The eye consultant Mr Puri was amazing with him. Took his time, talked them through everything, kept reassuring them all the way through and took a laid back approach making it fun for them. Even that ladies on the reception area are lovely, they played with my boys, spent time looking through millions of glasses and understood the needs of my children. They even reassured me that the boys were OK when I was worrying about how talkative and attention seeking. All in all I couldn't have asked for more and am so glad I chose this opticians. We return now whenever eye tests are required!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone but if you have children that need a little bit of understanding, these are for you!!!

The chase eye care team are very caring for there patients, I have been with them my whole life. I have the best eye tests here and highly recommend chase eye care to all, my sight has improved alot since I first came here and wouldn't have it any other way.
