Visited Card Factory yesterday to buy party items and balloons, Zoe was extremely helpful and friendly. Very knowledge about what the shop sells.
Nothing seemed to much. Zoe was just very friendly and smiling?.
I always use this shop for balloons and cards etc.

We called in to purchase a birthday balloon for our son and also sparklers and candles we were over the moon with the sales assistant Zoe who was extremely helpful and we were very impressed with such great customer service.
