Food was cold. Order screens aren't working properly, they employ kids with no customer service skills or they dont care about the customer.. kids running round causing havoc with no control... staff talking amongst each other waiting for the food, with the food not being under the hot lamp... doesn't look good from the outside in... won't be coming back again...

How on gods green earth does it take over an HOUR to make 2 items of food. Are you training cats and dogs or something today? This is ridiculous, worst place ever. People mustn?t have hands at this place cuz the food takes the utter piss and they can?t seem to answer the phone either. Idiot people.

The tastiest burger I have had in years. Freshly cooked. Lovely polite and efficient service from a lovely young person called Ross who took my order, payment and served me all with a smile and a thank you. Loved the ref onion pickle on my smoked cheese Angus. Will defo go there again.

My first experience at Burger King this evening. Kizzy took my order through the drive through, very patient with us as we chose our order and was very polite. Seemed happy to be working. Food was also wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Employees are nasty there, visited on a Sunday afternoon quarter to two. 17/11/24
Busy atmosphere, but a young lady on the counter was working there. I asked them when can they serve us, as we were going to pay cash.
She told us to go to the self-order machines. We were confused because we'd have to come back to the counter anyways.
She ended up telling us she could do nothing about it when 2 other people ended up in front of us 2 minutes later.
She didn't even bother to serve us, and made the process long and difficult. She wouldn't even take our order, or let us pay.
This lasted for 30 minutes in total.
We ended up storming out of there angry after what had been a long and tiring day.
I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Never coming here again.
Reform Burger King now.. any other branch is better.

Enjoyed our burgers, they were nice and hot so were the fries!! Restaurant and toilets were extremely clean. Nice place for a quick bite to eat eat !!

Food was absolutely delicious and so much so i actually finished every crumb. Service was amazing and staff were very kind and welcoming. Atmosphere was very quiet but just what one needs after a long day. 10/10 would recommend more than any MacDonald's. After all, why dine with a clown when you can dine with a king?. One of the workers Adam actually looked alive and not like he didn't want to quit which is always a good sign. Definitely would go there again.
