This is seriously disgusting, they advertise they can help etc, but all they want it your money £62 i paid for 5 minutes talk, I am in business and would be richer than the government if i charged this rate for customers, no wonder this country is in a mess, serious nervous patient but no comfort zone here

I visited the dental surgery for the first time on Monday and the ladies on reception were all lovely. I was seen by Ratna (dentist) and Alex (nurse) who were delightful. Ratna kept me informed thought the time I was in the chair and used imagery to inform me of my options. Kelly on reception confirmed my next appointment. The whole team in the practice are lovely. Having not been to the dentist since before COVID and being a very nervous patient I can honestly say I dreaded dental treatment! ?This is the best dental visit I have ever had 4 fillings and a good clean - Andrea (Dentist) Ruby (Nurse) and the ladies in reception Kelly and Nikki you are brilliant- Thank you ?

I hadn?t visited a dentist for years and finally took the plunge and joined this practice. I?m so glad I did. Everyone including Nikki,Kelly,Lynsey and dentist Andrea have made me feel I should have done it years ago.

Very helpful and kind staff. Had an emergency appointment and was able to be seen within three hours of calling, then sorted within minutes. I know private isn?t for everyone but for the peace of mind knowing I?ll be seen and treated sooner, I think it?s definitely worth it

I've always been nervous about going to the dentist but everyone at Bupa Cannock, from the receptionists to the dentists, puts you at ease. I've always been seen on time and the dentist/hygienist always talks through your treatment in detail.

I?ve been coming to this practice for many years and would highly recommend it! All of the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful and take time to explain things clearly. Long may this continue as I wouldn?t want to go anywhere else ???.

I have been coming to this practice for about 20 years (Peter Mason, since retired, with Nicki as his nurse restored my faith in all things dental related). Along came Marwa. Quite possibly the most wonderful dentist the universe has to offer, we?ve been through many a treatment and check up together over the years! Thoroughly puts you at ease, always does exceptional work and has one of the most beautiful souls you will ever come across. Genuinely dread her ever leaving! Anita - another fantastic nurse! The last few occasions I?ve been lucky enough to have Ruby as nurse alongside Marwa. She is fabulous, knows her stuff and is so friendly and kind. As somebody who once upon a time was a very nervous patient, I can honestly say Marwa and the gang have helped me overcome that. Can?t praise them all enough (in case you couldn?t tell!).

I went Friday 23rd for my check up MarwaI have severe Anxiety PTSD And Eating Disorders I?m under a psychiatrist so this is massive to even get there.On arrival Kelly straight away was compassionate to how I was feeling getting me a tissue re assuring me I would be ok by the time I went in for my appointment I was crying shaking and strugglingMarwa took control of my emotions and sat me down talked to me gave me time to calm down and totally put my anxiety?s and worries to bed. I managed my appointment and we came up with a plan and appointment for treatment by the time I got home Kelly had phoned me with a cancellation for the next day. I was so very grateful24 th June on arrival for treatment lovely Sammi greeted me with a lovely smile straight away putting me at ease first impressions massive and she was lovely but she always is.Marwa; treatment was excellent, again took her time talking me through every stage. This young lady is an absolute credit to the profession and I wouldn?t want to see anyone else, I went in Friday crying my eyes up and came out today able to smile.We have a plan going forward because I do need more treatment but I honestly feel like I?ve got this. MH will not define me. I?m so blessed I found you MarwaFinally young Ruby my nurse the last two days what a future you have young lady another little Gem nothing but kindness and professionalismI?m sorry I have gone on but I honestly have two much to say !I would recommend this surgery in a heart beat thankyou for being non judgmental you really are the best see you for round 2 in a few weeks time

Lovely staff and the new layout is lovely! Nikki was really helpful in setting my new plan up and Lyndsey made us feel at ease whilst we waited for Andrea to begin our check ups.

Been with the practice for many years and would not go anywhere else. The reception staff are extremely friendly and very good at their job. Always happy with any treatment i have received from my dentist Andreea and her nurse Sammi discussing the best action that my be needed. Also Nina the hygienist is extremely thorough. Would recommend to anyone.
