Today I visited with my daughter 12 to have an eye test, the Opticion there (not sure of his name) was very rude and abrupt towards my daughter he said it was like talking to a brick wall!!!!! Rude!! She suffers from severe anxiety and to be spoken to like that she broke down in tears! I was so shocked I just didn?t know how to react! I would say he needs to think before he speaks out to younger sensitive adultsI shall not be returning to this store and shall be going else where for her in the future..

Our first visit today at Bains Opticians. Both receptionist and optician were so nice and very helpful. Much better than Specsavers. ?

I have been using Bains Optical Healthcare for myself and my children for around 3 years now after having very negative experiences elsewhere and they really are fantastic. My children are so comfortable there and actually look forward to their eye tests. The staff are accommodating, friendly and informative, and trust me when I say they are questioned alot by my youngest son. Thanks so much to the team for making our appointments so smooth and enjoyable for the children.

Long time customer at Bains and wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my opticians tests. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. There is a good range of glasses to choose from which are great value for money.

Honeslty I won?t ever go anywhere else now for my glasses been using bains optical for over 3 years and every time cas is amazing at getting me in for tests and very helpful and honest when choosing glasses (I?ve had a few pairs lol) Honeslty just amazing lovely friendly all around xx
