Yesterday 24.8.25 I visited your Brownhills store. My purchase was 12 bags of 40mm blue slate. As I'm a pensioner , I asked a young female assistant if she could perhaps ask a male employee to help me. The little dot of a girl fetched a trolley, loaded 12 bags of slate onto it, used her own till to pay so that I didn't have to queue and then proceeded to load it into my car, as a blue badge holder it was parked not too far away. This lovely young girl was the best representative of your Company and of the youth of today and her name was Chloe Sherman. Please thank her again from me. Anne French, Burntwood WS7 4TS.

I'm so annoyed we purchased a shower cubicle last week x Ites such a faff the staff are nice enough x But ites like the customer does all the work x Your fighting for it to be ordered then there's a seal wrong x You ring there customer service who sounds like she's working from home loads of back ground noise x Instead of taking ref number & ordering x We now have to take a pic of seal & send on line x Then they have to get back in touch x So now we're ordering from Amazon x So service isn't fit for purpose x Bye bye B & Q x

Don't bother carpark attendants are there to try and bill you for parking over white line, good luck if you have a commercial vehicle to buy 8' x4' sheeting that doesn't fit in a parking space

Would give 1 star if i could,
Booked a slot to look at kitchen's, a design appt for 2pm, arrived at 2pm, to be told the lady doing the appt starts at 2, shes in the building, be 5 mins, so we gave it 10, had a walk round, back there, waited another 15 mins, no where insite, other employee sat doing nothing, and never once offered to help. The other staff knew we was waiting and didnt offer to help, radio her etc, its now an hour after our appt and we havent been called, or anything. I was planning to order a whole new kitchen and installation, so wasnt going to be cheap, the customer service is horrendous. Would rather pay wrens pricing.

Drove 9 miles as states open in bank holliday. Turned up loads off people trying to get stuff but they are shut. Couldn't be asked to update Google. Hope they go down like homebase Their prices is double then screwfix. A saw blade is £32 i goy it from screwfix same blade for £8. 4 corner brackets £5.79. 100 of the same brackets 2.99 at screwfix. Place is a joke.

Recently purchased wood from this store. The items I purchased were from the off cuts section.
No barcode was on the item just a sticker stating a payment was needed for charity.
So I proceeded to go to the sell check out tills to pay.
I asked a miserable member of staff how I could pay as there wasn?t a barcode.
He sarcastically pointed to a barcode on the counter. That I should scan.
