“After an argument with a truck resulted in damage to my Tesla it was sent to Shorade for repair. It took a long time to get booked in as my car was driveable so had no priority. The parts took a long time to arrive and so eventually my car got repaired.Shorade kept in touch the whole time, explaining the reasons for the delays (out of their hands). When the car was in for repair they kept me up to date. All of the staff are just lovely and obviously care about the level of service they give. Car was returned looking like new! Absalutely over the moon with it.Would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again (but hopefully won't need to!).”

“I had my TVR spider wheels refurbished here around 12 years ago. The finish and quality was 100 percent. Forward to now and I have had them done again, not as they really needed doing but there was a couple of scuffs after new tyres were fitted. Quality and service just as it was then. There may be cheaper companies around (not that I think jp are expensive) but personally I wouldn't use any other company. Thanks a lot and keep up the quality work”

“Trade account holder and find it not too bad on pricing and comparable to other chains. However, sometimes, I find that parts availability is a bit sporadic with common parts not stocked that other retailers keep as bread and butter lines. Also, since you updated the phone lines with this daft queueing system I find I keep getting cut off and it's infuriating when when trying to do a quote. But on a positive and what gets you the fifth star is I always get service with a smile at the Cannock branch and that's worth a thousand stars.”

The man said he would get the mechanic straight on it, which he did. The mechanic was quick , clear and polite and got us back on the road very quickly. Very grateful, highly recommend.”
