If I could do a 0 star rating I would. Staff members this morning were completely unprofessional, they walked past us baring in mind we where the only people in store standing right in front of us at the desk completely ignoring our presence as if we were ghosts continuing their mothers meeting, they left me and my mother waiting 5minutes at the desk in disbelief whilst continuing nattering between themselves about their social lives and I believe I would have been waiting longer if I didn?t ask to be served from the two female staff with receiving a vacant look that I interrupted their conversation and no apology, the lady said she would cancel my order for me as the refund would be instant but after leaving the email said 7 working days and I?m still out of pocket. This will be the last time I?ll use this Argos as working in retail over 25 years I can honestly say this mornings experience shocked me, to not even acknowledge customers is appalling and that?s how businesses loose custom due to rude unprofessional staff.

Very rude staff, they walked past several times while I was stood at the desk, they were more interested in there social lives. They looked at me with disgust as I asked for assistance, I was also told the refund would be instant but the email says 7 days. They then carried on with their conversation with each other as I walked away. 1 star service I think they need retraining

Tried to return a faulty phone that was within 12 months warranty, lady who dealt with me was rude and didn't offer any help at all. May as well bought used as the warranty is pointless if I can't return it store and have to wait weeks while being repaired if I wanted to do this I would of bought direct from the manufacturer to start with. Avoid!!

I ordered two ninentdo switch games yesterday and some headphones and when I went there the box was open so I took the box back and the person who helped me was so nice and friendly his name was ADE and he told us to come back tonight while he ordered the headphones in to the store for me so I collected it today and he was so nice he gave them to me.

Brought £2000 item then they cancelled saying no stock, why sell it to me if no stock? - then told I would have to wait 30 days for refund - customer service extremely rude and hung phone up on me - went without present for Christmas because of this

Collected a online order for a Samsung 24? tv asked the counter lady named Julie about a 43? Samsung tv as I was having problems ordering on line.. she took time out to search and preordered for me which I collected today excellent service both times.. well done Argos got staff that are prepared to help customers.

I came into store near closing on 3/2/2022 Realised once I?d arrived that I?d accidentally ordered my item to the wrong store. The chap who I was served by was very polite and friendly, cancelled and refunded the incorrect order and as the item was in stock at this branch, I walked out with what I?d come for in less than 10 mins and was saved the hassle of making another trip. Top service, will use again. Thanks

Purchased a sofa £400 and 14 months later I complain that the cushions are flat where we sit. Excellent service. Very helpful. Knowledgeable help from member of staff when trying to resolve query. I'm trying to shop more at Argos and not Amazon. Think on.
