I don't usually review stores like Argos because they're pretty generic HOWEVER...
I had an eBay order to collect, I forgot I ordered and didn't see the notification for delivery, I remembered last night and popped along to collect this morning.
The holding time expired at 0100 this morning, Gail the lady serving me found my package, was holding it but unable to let me have because it wasn't on the system. Gail the absolute legend that she is managed to relist it in the system so she could release it to us.

Thanks to Ash my last purchase of a wheelchair was very pleasant.
Ash could not help enough .
The service I received was very efficient. Ash helped my disabled daughter place an order for the wheel chair by talking slowly and gently .
When the order was complete we waited a few minutes and it was there .
Act realised I was unarmed to carry the chair by myself so he placed a hi v s jacket on and carried it to my car .

Staff don't give a hoot for customer service they are rude and slouch on the counter and tell you they haven't got time to check in ebay parcels when they arrived 6 hours previously.
Also told me I had read there web page wrong that they hadn't got my order when the Web site clearly said collect rite away but they insisted I was wrong as she leaned all over the counter.
Clearly never attended the customer service training.

The customer assist with the blonde hair is extremely rude! I showed her my order reference on the app she kept saying she needs the full code else she won't give me my order. I showed her the screen again she typed the number in the system and smirked she then stood with my item in her hand in the collection area whilst talking to a colleague. This isn't the first time I've found her to be extremely rude next time i will ask for her name and report to head office! She needs to be spoken to about her behaviour !

I and my husband went to Argos in Sainsbury?s at Cannock , we are unsure how to do home delivery., so we asked a help , Laura was very helpful , polite and excellent a customer services

Box looked like it had been opened. Assured by employee it was not the case. Opened it at home and hdmi cable missing and batteries already in. Sold as new. Clearly a return. Will be contacting trading standards.

Staff need training in customer service. I was spoken to like a naughty school girl today when I queried when my order would be ready.
I have now purchased the item from elsewhere which was also cheaper. I will not be returning to this store again.

Taken an item in with a manufacturer defect was refused replacement or refund or any help terrible customer service manager at store was just as bad and rude I would recommend everyone to stay away from argos this isn't the fist issue iver

Wow !
Rude staff, snotty attitude, and then whilst being spoken to in a very patronising manner, two other colleagues decide to ?pile in? and add to the dismissive attitude.
Avoid unless you want to be spoken to like something you stepped in.
No wonder retail business is struggling.
Will use Amazon in future.

If I could do a 0 star rating I would. Staff members this morning were completely unprofessional, they walked past us baring in mind we where the only people in store standing right in front of us at the desk completely ignoring our presence as if we were ghosts continuing their mothers meeting, they left me and my mother waiting 5minutes at the desk in disbelief whilst continuing nattering between themselves about their social lives and I believe I would have been waiting longer if I didn?t ask to be served from the two female staff with receiving a vacant look that I interrupted their conversation and no apology, the lady said she would cancel my order for me as the refund would be instant but after leaving the email said 7 working days and I?m still out of pocket. This will be the last time I?ll use this Argos as working in retail over 25 years I can honestly say this mornings experience shocked me, to not even acknowledge customers is appalling and that?s how businesses loose custom due to rude unprofessional staff.

Very rude staff, they walked past several times while I was stood at the desk, they were more interested in there social lives. They looked at me with disgust as I asked for assistance, I was also told the refund would be instant but the email says 7 days. They then carried on with their conversation with each other as I walked away. 1 star service I think they need retraining
